With this in mind we feel it necessary to impose certain rules, the foremost of which is that this club will be a drug free environment. We insist that no drugs of any sort be brought onto the premises, be it for consumption or sale to others.
Should any individual be caught in possession of a banned substance, that person will be immediately escorted from the premises and will not be allowed to return at any time in the future and may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
In keeping with this policy, we require all individuals entering these premises to sign the indemnity form as confirmation that they will adhere to this policy and maintain Pharaohs as a drug free environment for their own protection and safety. Please bring the signed form with you on your next visit. Copies will also be available at reception for signature on arrival.

PHARAOHS PRIVATE FANTASY CLUB INDEMNITY FORM:
I THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY INDEMNIFIES THE SAID CLUB HEREIN MENTIONED AS PHARAOHS FANTASY CLUB
AGAINST ANY AND OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING HEREUNDER REFERRED TO:
1. THEFT OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS WHILST ATTENDING THE CLUB PREMISES.
2. PERSONAL INJURIES
3. LOSS OF ANY PERSONAL BELONGINGS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
4. PERSONAL INJIURIA BY WAY OF OTHER PARTIES ATTENDING THE CLUB INFRINGING ON MY PERSONAL INJIURIA, AND DEFAMING MY CHARACTER IN ANY WAY.
5. ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE ON MY PERSON OR BELONGING THAT WAS BROUGHT INTO THE CLUB ILLEGALLY.
6. ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE I MAY CAUSE ANOTHER PATRON OF THE CLUB.
I FURTHER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM A WHERE OF THE FOLLOWING AND AGREE
NO UNDER 19’S ARE ALLOWED
1. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE IS ALLOWED ON THE CLUB PREMISES AND OR TO BE USED ON THE CLUB PREMISES.
2. NO FIRE ARMS ARE TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE CLUB PREMISES. A LOCKABLE SAFE IS AVAILABLE SHOULD YOU BE IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM.
3. I KNOW THAT THE CLUB CLOSES AT 02H00 ON A WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY EVENING AND 04H00 ON A SATURDAY EVENING AND UNDERTAKE TO LEAVE THE PREMISES AT SUCH TIMES.
4. I FURTHER UNDERTAKE TO NOT CONSUME ANY ALCOHOL AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE I INTEND LEAVING THE CLUB, IF I AM THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE IN WHICH I/WE ARE TO LEAVE THE CLUB GROUNDS.
5. I UNDERTAKE TO ALSO ABIDE, WITHOUT RESERVATION, TO THE UNWRITTEN RULES OF THE CLUB AS CONVEYED TO ME.
6. NO PICTURES TO BE TAKEN WITH CELL PHONES OR CAMERA’S
7. BAD BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
8. I PROMISE NOT TO DISCUSS OTHER MEMBERS OUTSIDE OF THE CLUB
THE ABOVE IS BINDING ON ME AND I WILL LEAVE THE CLUB ON REQUEST IF I DO NOT ABIDE BY ANY RULES OR REQUEST CONVEYED TO ME
